ORDER

What days are you open?

Flower Bomb is an online only store and orders can be placed 24/7. Our contact hours are 8:30am to 4pm local time (GMT +8).

Can I pick up an online order?

We understand that sometimes delivery may not work for every order. If you need to collect an order please phone us or email hello@flowerbomb.au.

What days do you deliver?

Flower Bomb Albany arranges and delivers beautiful and fresh flowers 7 days a week.

What is the cut off time for same day delivery?

All orders that are placed before 1pm will be delivered on the same day, unless sold out earlier. If we sell out, we will communicate this via our website and on our social media pages.

Can I place an order for a date in advance?

You can place an order up to two months in advance.

Can I include a message?

Of course, however we do have a 250 character limit. Please remember to sign off with your name!

Sadly, that does mean we're unable to print your 4000 word declaration of love. Beautifully arranged flowers generally do the trick, or so we've been told.

How do I update/edit my order?

If you need to change or update an order please email us at hello@flowerbomb.au. Please include your order number.

DELIVERY

Where to you deliver?

We deliver to more than 20 suburbs across Albany. A full list of suburbs we deliver to is available HERE.

To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn’t listed without checking with us first.

What time do you make deliveries/Can I decided when my order is delivered?

NEW! Flower Bomb Albany now has two delivery time slots 9:30am - 11:30am and 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

While we aim to have every bunch delivered within the selected time slot, sometimes this not always possible. If this happens, we will do our very best to have the flowers delivered as close to the time slot as possible.

We will try or best to accommodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame.

What if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and safe spot to leave the order and will always leave flowers in water. If there is not a suitable place to leave the order, or there is no access to the property, our drivers will attempt to make contact with the sender and recipient with a waiting period of 5 minutes before marking the order un-deliverable.

Before you order, please consider whether your recipient will be available to collect the delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: The Sender may be charged a re-delivery fee to have your item redelivered or redirected to an alternative address if an item is unable to be delivered due to a fault of an address or restricted access.

What happens if I provide an incorrect address and delivery cannot be made?

It is the senders responsibly to provide a correct and accurate address and delivery information. Any requests to amend addresses must be made to hello@flowerbomb.au by 9am on day of delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery for address changes after this time and they may result in a re-delivery fee and/or next business day delivery.

If your order has been delivered to the incorrect address provided and included flowers, we will offer a replacement discount of 20% to have the order replaced the next available delivery window.

We strongly suggest double checking your address details before confirming your order to avoid a delay or re-delivery of your order.

Do you deliver to Albany Health Campus, Hawthorn House or Albany Hospice?

Yes, we will liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure that the flowers are delivered to the intended recipient with utmost care and precision.

Special considerations for Albany Health Campus:

Please ensure the recipient is a current patient and isn’t scheduled for discharge on the day of delivery. When uncertain, opting for a home delivery post discharge may increase the chances of successful delivery.

We are unable to deliver flowers or other gift to patients in the High Dependency Unit due to hospital regulations.

Why does someone 18+ need to be home to receive an order that includes any alcohol?

To meet the requirements of our liquor license exemption, a person over the age of 18 must be home to receive an order that includes alcoholic beverages. This recipient must be able to show photo identification at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to leave the alcohol unattended. If the recipent is not at home we will endeavour to make contact with the purchaser and arrange alternative delivery or collection.
